TIPS Preparing an Award Winning entry 1. Read and follow all instructions carefully. 2. To have enough time to adequately prepare your entry, you should allow a minimum of two weeks. 3. It is highly recommended that a professional be hired to take photographs, though this is not required. Quality is important. In the event you win, the photographs you submit must be available for publication. 4. Maximum attention should be given when writing your project statement. Specific and concise statements are best received by the judges.
